Square canister 2,5 L

Due to big surface, square canister 2,5 L is ideal for marinate expresof any kind of food.

Just put the food covered by the sauce and close the canister.
Connect the vacuum sealer through the vacuum tube to the canister in "vacuum" position.
Start vacuum sealer pressing both sides.
When vacuum sealer stops, turn canister valve to "close" position to keep vacuum inside.
Keep canister into fridge for 15-20 min.
Turn canister valve to "open" position to allow air to enter.

Food is ready to cook it, with all the marinated flavour.
