The vacuum sealer machine is the necessary complement for Sous Vide cooking.
It removes the air from the pouche and seal it by heat.

Packaging under vacuum keeps foods fresh for longer time and make easier to handle, avoiding contact with other foods, hands or kitchen stuffs.

Once foods are vacuum-sealed in their bags, they can be cooked sous vide, refrigerated or frozen and thawn directly without opening the bags.
