Tomato powder

Tomato powder is done from mashed and dried tomatoes. It has only 100% tomato, of course no seeds.
Natural raw tomato contains over 90% of water thus we can consider tomato powder like 10 time concentrated tomato.

The dry process is made nearby cultivation fields thus tomatoes are harvested more ripe and do not suffer from a long transportation. Moreover, because the final aspect is not important at all, more flavoured varieties are used for tomato powder than for raw sold tomatoes.

Tomato powder is specially recommended for marinades and as a final touch for your dishes. Its concentrate flavour and its red colour add a unique aspect in any vegetable, egg, meat or fish dish.
