Yogurt powder

Yogurt powder is done from dried natural yogurt. It has only 100% yogurt.

Natural raw yogurt contains almost 90% of water thus we can consider yogurt powder like a 10 time concentrate of yogurt.

Yogurt powder is specially recommended for marinades and as a final touch for your dishes. Its concentrate flavour and its yellowish white colour add a unique aspect in any vegetable, egg, meat or fish dish.
