General thickener

General thickener is a mix of xanthane and guar gums. Theey work sigestically producing a similar texture than any of them alone but at smaller concentration.

It can be dissolved either in cold or in hot liquids leading to a viscose liquid even at a small concentration as 0,1% (1 g/L).

At higher concentration, over 1,5% (over 15 g/L) it produces textures which can not be produced either with xanthane or guar gum alone.
